I believe that finances should not prevent someone from getting the help or care they need, therefore I have a limited number of sliding scale slots for individuals, families, and students. Please contact me to discuss options.
I offer and encourage a 20-minute free phone consultation to help determine if we will be the best fit in working together. Please send me an email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, give me a call at 206.925.3546, or complete the form on the contact page.
I am an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not accept or directly bill insurance, however, I am happy to provide you with an invoice for my services so that you may submit that to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance provider to check your coverage.
